The fully automated feed mill allows us to grind all of the feed we need for our pigs in a timely and cost effective manor. Operator simply types how many tons and what type of ration is needed (depending on size and age of pigs) and the computer measures out all of the ingredients by weight, mixes them, then unloads into bulk truck, that is ready to be unloaded into feed tanks. We control the quality of the feed by using our own corn and only buying the best quality ingredients.
